The weather was beautiful today, so Jack and I put on our swimsuits and headed out to the backyard. Unfortunately in the shade it was actually too cool to swim and the sun didn't make it around the house until it was time to go in for lunch, but it was perfect for Charlie. We finally got to use the cute little tent The Lance's gave Jack for his birthday last year. Well, we've been using it in the basement as a fort, but today we got to use it the way it was intended. Charlie hung out here and slept pretty well while Jack and I played in the yard. It kept the sun off him, but allowed enough of the breeze to flow through so he didn't get hot.
